I’m not sure how I feel about duck bacon. Does my psychological health accept non-pig based bacon?

I think duck bacon would be awesome, but I wonder if a comma is missing from “duck bacon crab cheese wontons”, or if if might better be described as “bacon duck crab cheese wontons”…

Never heard of Duck Bacon but I have had Goose pepperoni sticks before.
