A week ago I posted 3d Printing: UFO The Series From 1970.
My friend has received the print in the mail and was happy. He sent a movie of the missile launching properly along with several photos.

Here’s another set of missiles from the show. I think this is actor Sylvia Howell and I think it’s the “submarine” uniform; but I seem to have lost focus and I’m not sure of anything.
I think this is actor Gabrielle Drake with her famous purple moon hair; among other notable features. In my opinion she’s the first and last woman to properly pull off aposematic hair. Also… damn that’s hot!
I’ve had to rethink my childhood. I thought Nichelle Nichols was pretty hot as Uhura on Star Trek (1966) but I had no idea about UFO (1970). Gabrielle Drake had a sashay that would have made that horndog Kirk explode.
And as I said before, a uniform that tight without a camel toe!!!
Sylvia Howell is the character name and yes, that is the submarine uniform. The actor is Georgina Moon. SHADO is one of my favorite secret organizations of all time.
Bwahahahahahaha! I told you about the string vest uniform! Yes, that was the submarine branch of SHADO uniform. Definitely budget and bargain basement for the costumes but imaginative, no?
Yes, the woman in the silver uniform with purple hair is Gabrielle Drake. She is one of the “pin up” icons of the era and even today, aged 81 she’s still easy on the eye.
The plot lines of the series are well thought out an not cliche’d so worth watching. Down ze rabbit ‘ole you go! >};o)

I’ve got several episodes on my hard drive. I can’t route it to my TV so I can only watch at my home office desk; so that means I’ve only watched one episode so far but it was pretty good. The special effects were lame but the plot was excellent and the eye candy is epic. I think Lucas trained us to fret over special effects instead of story.
The ‘moon based ships’ are eagle transports from Space1999 and they go through those things like guys in red shirts on TOS away teams.
