In our part of Texas there are two sayings: “Thunder in February, Frost in April” and “Never plant before Good Friday.” I had intended to set out tomatoes and peppers on Monday, but the forecast is calling for lows in the 30s. They might not get out of the house until the County lets us leave home 😉

It was 80 degrees here yesterday. I put in my garden the weekend before last.

    Just sayin’

I feel your pain, A.C. It was 5 here this morning & I still have 2 ft of snow in the front yard.

The snow level’s down to around 3000 feet in the southern part of the Wild, Wild West. It’s also raining, which usually doesn’t happen this time of year. I was going to till the garden plot last Saturday, but saw the forecast and said fore-get it! I’m glad I didn’t till. The plot would have been PORRIDGE by now!

No snow down here in east central Florida lately!

Central Montana – snow overnight, probably 8 inches, rain beforehand. Good thing I odn’t have to drive….

Snowing here in MT – supposed to get 5+ inches. It’s not sticking on the roads here in town, so probably won’t last very long.

Snowing up here in Canada too… but it’s not bad. We can begin putting away the winter gear probably toward the end of this week or next.

Glad i don’t live up in Houghton any more. moved from as far north in MI to as far South (still on a lake though). Have faith, it will all melt by May 1st or mid June.
