Spot The COG I

In honor of COG week I propose a game called Spot the COG. Which of these two images represents a COG?

On the right are Chester Sullenberger and Jeff Skiles. They did not panic in a difficult situation; like plummeting to earth and certain firey doom. They successfully landed flight 1549 in the Hudson river when their plane experienced a catastrophic mechanical failure.

On the left are Cheech and Chong. Both have been know to panic in difficult situations; like operating a doorknob or speaking in complete sentences. They successfully crossed the border while driving a van made entirely out of pot and are the embodyment of catastrophic mental failure.

In all fairness, the guys on the left are fictional characters created by two comedians who actually are pretty hard working guys. I’d rather compare sulley and friend to people like congress critters or corporate execs who make 15M a year bonuses while getting taxed at 15% etc.

    • Granted. I’m offering the fictional characters as “non-COGs”.

In fact the hard working actors behind the characters are probably COGs. They certainly aren’t freak shows like Michael Jackson (was) or Lindsey Lohan…or countless others who leverage fame and fortune into misery and degradation.

Ummm, like, uhhh, you know, like wow, man… umm, its the dudes on theeee, ummm, like what do it call it, you know, like the whatchamacallin….wow man, I’ve really got the muchies, man, and you know what, I could like totally go for some pizza right now, and oh yeah, Cheech and Chong are so totally funny man!, like that one thing from the thing where they like, you know, say the thing and the other guy says the other thing… maan, that’s totally funny… ummm, what were we talking about again?

While Cheech and Chong have made millions from their comedies, I’m pretty sure that post is gonna earn exactly zero for being funny.

Now here’s someone who’d never worked a day in their life and can’t understand why us little people don’t understand her: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2046023/Tamara-Ecclestone-poses-200k-Ferrari-launch-new-reality-TV-Billion–Girl.html

here is a good example of non-cog’s….

    My favorite:
Demand three: Guaranteed living wage income regardless of employment.

lol…..as sda says “free unicorns for all!”

    • What a concept! Any job (bikini inspector and beer taster?) would get a guaranteed living wage? Even if you suck? (A lousy beer taster?) If yahoos like this had any traction I’d be changing careers instantly.
